Candidates for this fall part-time internship must be a junior, senior or college graduate up to 24 months post-graduation with a major in Marketing or Business.

The Customer Experience intern will identify customer insights, assess existing processes, identify opportunity areas, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Project Task:

  • Analyze consumer behavior and marketing statistics

Key Deliverables:

  • Learn customer experience discipline
  • Identify customer experience opportunities
  • Develop communications to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Passionate about understanding the customer's perspective
  • Effective time management with the ability to direct simultaneous/multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills including storytelling, verbal, email and report writing
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate records
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised and follow through with various duties and tasks
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail
