Candidates for this fall part-time internship must be a junior, senior or college graduate up to 24 months post-graduation with a major in Marketing or Business.
The Customer Experience intern will identify customer insights, assess existing processes, identify opportunity areas, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Project Task:
- Analyze consumer behavior and marketing statistics
Key Deliverables:
- Learn customer experience discipline
- Identify customer experience opportunities
- Develop communications to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Passionate about understanding the customer's perspective
- Effective time management with the ability to direct simultaneous/multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills including storytelling, verbal, email and report writing
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow through with various duties and tasks
- Good problem solving abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Sufficient knowledge of computers and technology
- Ability to become proficient in UPS internal communications systems
- Professional in appearance, actions and behaviors
