About this job
Aerotek is currently seeking for an Operations Coordinator for one of logistics companies we work with in the Eden Prairie, MN area. This individual will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, verifying and coordinating pickups and deliveries, updating customer information in the system and problem solving on a continuous basis. They will also be responsible for taking various after hour calls as well.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong work history
- Good data entry scores
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively
- 4 year degree preferred
HOURS:
Sunday 8AM-6PM
Monday 4PM-11PM
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday OFF
Thursday 4PM-11PM
Friday 4PM-11PM
Saturday 1PM-10PM
