Aerotek Professional Services is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives for contract and contract to hire opportunities. These individuals will be responsible for working in a call center environment to field incoming phone calls to provide customer service and answer questions.
Qualified candidates to be considered must have the following background...
-6 months to 1 year of previous call center experience (inbound or outbound)
-The ability to type 40 words per minute
-At minimum, a high school diploma, but preferably a 4 year degree.
