Seeking a Strong-Experienced Bread Baker in Menlo Park, Sun-Thurs late evening shift. We focus on Ciabatta, slab focaccia, burger buns, brioche, baguettes, Panini buns, focaccia, artisan sour loaves, pan breads and rollsand types of breads. You will love it here. Bread Baker Requirements:
-Must have 1-2 years minimum experience with a wide variety of artisan bread dough's
and laminated dough's (all phases of the production process, mixing, shaping and baking)
Burger buns, hotdog buns, sour baguettes, ciabatta, Panini buns, herb slab focaccia, artisan
rounds, hoagie rolls, sweet breads, pan breads-(pan de mie, honey-whole wheat, rye, sour
dough)country bread and more.
-Must be comfortable working with your hands and machines
-Must be self-motivated and work independently, good communication skills
- Culinary school education desired, but not required
-Sunday -- Thursday (10pm-6:30am) schedule
-Required to lift 50lbs.
-Good work ethic
-Pass background check
