Machine operation at a large Manufacturing company in Leavenworth KS
Removes die cut cards from full sheets either using a hammer or by using an Automatic Card Extractor. Performs make ready and operates Automatic Card Extractor. Removes greeting cards and other items from lifts or stacks (manually or using Automatic card Extractor) averaging 2-3" in height from Die Cut press and maintain specified production. Responsible for make ready and operation of Automatic Card Extractor equipment. Places cards/stock into flat skid or cartons/boxes. Completes required paperwork and/or computer input on specific SAP screens. Operates skid inverting machine to turn stock prior to processing and converting. Uses hand or power walkie transport equipment to perform their job functions. Performs Quality checks (Employee Owned Quality System) to ensure quality product. Requires High School Diploma or GED and ability to grasp, lift and carry product weighing 20 ? 50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. At least minimal experience using a mouse & keyboard with PC as well as minimal experience with touch screen input device. Job is performed in a standing and walking position approximately 95% of the time. Reaching, twisting, bending, repetitive hand/wrist motion and fine motor skills required 95% of the time. Frequently working at or above shoulder level. Must pass certification to use power walkie transport equipment and skid inverting machine. Hearing protection is required in the production area.

Requirements
Must have either a high school diploma or GED, have a clean criminial background for the last 7 years, pass a pre employment drug screen, previous experience in manufacturing setting.
