Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for the Salt Lake City office.  This position is responsible for scheduling caregivers in order to provide quality service to the clients.  Will assign caregivers based on service call requirements, will coordinate schedules on a daily basis, will monitor and mediate both client and caregiver activity and follow up on assignments and client service.  Coordinate both monthly client/caregiver schedules in our data base.  Answer new client inquiries when needed and enter information, printing out service call forms, or processing and mail out letters/brochures.

The Scheduling Coordinator must possess the experience and skill needed to perform the job, needs to be highly organized, with strong communication and people skills.  Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.    




Candidate must be/have:
   
    Highly organized
    Ability to connect and interact clearly with seniors
    Must have superior communication skills, both oral and written
    Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
    Proficiency in basic business software programs, high comfort level with data                         
    management
 
Full time-hourly position
Position is Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend hours as needed
