Description
Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with REM River Bluffs you’ll be one of those special people.
DSPs are the link to the community for those they serve. For some, they may be the eyes of those unable to see, or the voice for those who can’t speak. For others, they are friend, cheerleader and subtle support on the path to one’s true potential.

QualificationsRequirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services
- Six months of experience in human services preferred
- Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
