Aerotek Energy Services is searching for qualified Solar Foreman for a client in Morrisville, NC.
These are current openings for solar foreman with a construction company. They will be overseeing small solar projects (400kw to 600 kw sites) in the northern Virginia area. They will lead the teams on the install and supervise the electrical work, as well.
-Candidates must possess previous solar experience.
-Candidates should have worked on 3-5 solar projects and have experience managing a team of laborers.
-This person will give guidance to all personnel on the project, but will answer to a Project Manager that oversees 4-5 solar projects.
-Candidates must also have good electrical experience, must be able to wire combiner boxes, inverters, panels and terminate wire into control panels.
-Ideal candidates will possess an OSHA 10 or 30 hour training and have experience leading a crew for solar projects in the past.
