Job Description
- CSRs take about 70-80 inbound calls a day (peak is Oct/Nov)
- Successful candidates have a positive attitude, professional communication and appearance (clients often visit), are able to work in a team environment and be resourceful to get the answers they need (often from team lead, peers, supervisors via chat), navigate multiple systems at once, ask probing questions to look for hidden meaning in questions from callers who are not benefits experts.
- Must sound confident in delivery of info in database and not sound robotic.
