About this job

The Customer Service Specialist answers incoming calls from members, who are inquiring about their services, billing, and insurance benefits.

The Customer Service Specialist communicates with members by using a prepared sales script in order to convey the appropriate program benefits, rebuttals, and additional promotions. The position is required to meet goals for some retention and cross selling opportunities, call quality criteria, and attendance standards.

Office/Call Center environment, Casual Dress Code. Shifts vary between first and second (9AM-9PM)

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong Data entry skills
PLUS:
Call center experience

Training is 3 weeks- 2 weeks classroom and 1 week of “nesting”; during nesting agents will take calls. They will work the training schedule 9:30-6 for the first 3 weeks.

Bonus Incentives: There is also the ability to earn additional wages through department incentive . Typically 80-100/month.
