Job Summary:
The Applicant Sourcer is responsible for all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates to Aerotek. They are also responsible for the identification of potential applicants to eventually fill positions within the Strategic Delivery Centers; conduct all activities related to driving applicants to Aerotek, and pipeline qualified candidates for available assignments. They must be committed to diversity and work hard to provide qualified candidates from many different pools of people.
Essential Functions:
- Speak to potential candidate with varying skills to establish a talent pool
- Identification of candidates specific to skill sets / markets / geography
- Mining existing applicant pools utilizing available technologies.
- Utilizing: schools, job fairs, social media, job boards, email blasts to attract applicants.
- Drive G2 process – entering into system and keeping updated and fresh
- Associate candidates to applicable pipelines / networks
- Initiate reference check process (includes gathering reference information from candidates)
- Adding all candidates to Aerotek’s recruiting system (RWS).
- Referral generation
- Maintain contact and build relationships with applicants to ensure they are positioned for future work with Aerotek.
Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years’ work experience
- Technical savvy
- Phone comfort
- Customer service focus
