CNC Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Our Client, a Manufactuing Company in Noblesville, IN is looking for CNC Machine Operator for an Evaluation Hire Position.

DUTIES:

* Working with Mills and Lathes CNC equipment.
* Adherence to all department work instructions
* Ensure respective area is compliant
* Process all necessary paperwork associated with established machining standards
* Execute basic to advanced work flow tasks on established systems
* Work from blueprints for standard and modified parts
* Conduct basic preventative maintenance on machines
* Basic knowledge of raw material properties
* Basic knowledge of products
* Applies proper feed and speed rates for individual machines and materials
* Work with Gages
* Conduct minor editing/modifications to programs
* Quality control of parts to ensure dimensions within tolerances
* Must be able to work standing all day.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Associates degree in a technical related field or equivalent experience
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Detail oriented
* Ability to effectively communicate
* 1-3 years prior experience in the Machine Operation field
* Basic computer skills

This is Evaluation Hire assignment with a pay rate of $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr. depending on experience.
