Mission:
Responsible for providing legal and strategic direction to the Company in the following areas:
Provide general commercial legal support and advice in the following areas: Licensing, Sales, Operations, antitrust and F/FS(Fountain Food Service)

Responsibilities:

• Act as principal negotiator for commercial agreements in all areas of responsibility, including Licensing, Sales and Field Operations. Advise the Company’s Licensing department, including providing legal advice on potential licensing decisions and bottler terminations as well as drafting bottling agreements, licenses, amendments, bottling acquisitions and correspondence. Strategic advisor to Licensing regarding route-to-market strategy.
• Manage or assist in the management of outside litigation affecting the Company relating to product liability, licensing, contract, employment, and antitrust matters.
• Advise and implement training for management and sales team on antitrust issues, and review and recommend action or alternative approaches regarding same.
• Establishing close working and collaborative relationships with the Sales organizations, Field Operations, Licensing Department, the VPs of Licensing and other members of the Licensing Team.
• Forming collaborative and management relationships with outside counsel handling litigation matters for the Company.

• Member of State Bar Association
• 10 years’ experience in general corporate law with a corporation and/or large law firm
