Spartan is currently hiring Machine Operators in Delano, Maple Leaf, and surrounding areas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with premier local companies! Job Description:

• Operate, set-up and maintain manufacturing machines such as brake press, laser, punch and lathe
• Watch for jams and inspect for defects
• Box product and palletize for shipment
• Ensure product integrity and operator safety by adhering to precise instructions
• Monitor scrap rates and identify potential component waste
• Keep area clean and free of debris

Job Requirements:

• Previous CNC/Manufacturing/Shop experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and able to stand for entire shift
• Ability to use measuring tools such as a caliper, tape measure, protractor, scales, etc.
• Strong math skills
• Read blue prints and schematics
• Fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
• Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production goals
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Wage: $12+/hr; Based on experience
