Spartan is currently hiring Welders for a fabrication company in Delano, MN area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a great company! Job Description:
- TIG weld parts and components from customers specifications
- Torch/Plasma Cut on steel and other metals
- Read Blueprints and schematics
- 2 years of experience welding or a technical degree in welding
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to use measuring tools such as a caliper, tape measure, protractor, scales, etc.
- Attention to detail and able to meet quality controls
- Background check and drug screening required
- “ Can Do ” attitude
- Committed to safety at all times
- Excellent attendance
