This role is responsible to administratively support the team in preparing and executing relationships with providers. 

 

Major Responsibilities


In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Sort and file documents.

  • Take notes at meetings.

  • Making outreach calls to patients and providers.

  • Prepare mailings.

  • Prepare documentation for members of the team.

  • Locate and retrieve project information.

  • Cross train and work in all processes when needed.

  • Deliver and courier documentation to provider offices in the metro area.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 

·         High school education or equivalent experience.

·         Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex  computer system application

·         An education level of at least  a high school  diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience

·         Authorization  to work in the United States

·         Available to work 40 hours  per week and overtime  as required according to the needs of the business

·         Prior stable work experience

·         Ability to remain  focused and productive  each day though  tasks may be repetitive

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing duties.

·         Ability to work in a service center environment with moderate noise  level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers,  floor activity
