A company in Mason, OH is looking for qualified candidates to join their Inside Sales team. This position pays between $30-$40k with an opportunity for a year-end bonus.
Job duties include:
- Actively generate new opportunities as well as follow up on previous customers in specific markets via phone, email and/or customer visits.
- Maintain a steady sales opportunity pipeline of target customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
- Determine customer requirements for specific products to be able to offer a competitive solution as well as cross-sell and up-sell.
- Understand technical aspects of products in order to recommend application solutions and answer common questions.
- Emphasize service, product features and benefits, rebates, promotions and credit terms.
- Maintains information in CRM system.
