Job Description:
This candidate will be responsible for grammar and spell checking proposals and rate sheets being sent to clients. Documents are initially typed up by management, then sent for checking. Some managers prefer for the admin to send directly to the client, and others like it sent back to the internal manager at ___ to send out. This candidate will then change the file from word to Pdf. Other responsibilities will include, collecting 12 time sheets for the industrial hygiene department and processing those on Monday mornings. Fielding phone calls and taking messages, or transferring to the correct voice mails. Tracking inventory of basic office materials and ordering things. This person will have to develop a tracking system on when to calibrate specific machinery to keep it up to date through excel or word. Experience with access is important but not a must have.

Work Environment:
Office setting

Qualifications:
h.s. diploma and 5+ years experience in administration work.

Performance Expectations:
To hit specific deadlines on document checking, and stay on top of payroll and inventory.

Additional Compensation: Hourly pay plus 1.5x
