About this job
Our client in St. Cloud is looking for an experienced Machine Operator. Must have 2+ years of recent experience running an machinery, plastics is preferred. This is a full time and stable, long term opportunity. Candidates must be open for working over-time. Manufacturing experience is required.
Position Summary:
Responsible for set- up, operation, and adjustment of plastics manufacturing machinery. Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards and production. Responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Relies on instructions from engineering and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify setups as a quality check
- Follow and comply with written Work Instructions
- Maintain daily job tracking records and QC data.
- Work with and assist Engineering when needed.
- The ability and vision to focus on small objects for extended periods of time,
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
- The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent Must have normal to high manual dexterity skills
- Must be able to use all required hand tools, machinery and variable gauges.
This is 3rd shift position, applicants MUST be able to work from 10pm-6am. The pay rate is $9.10/hour, and is non-negotiable.
