Lead Teacher for 3 Year Classroom and 1 Year Old Classroom - Full-time

Our Kiddie Academy of Delran location has an immediate full-time opening for a Lead Teacher in our 1 year old classroom and 3 Year Old Classroom. The 3 year old position is from 9:30am-6:30pm and the 1 year old position is from 8:45am-5:45pm.

As part of our teaching team, you will be trusted with fostering an environment that allows children to develop to their full potential. These positions require creating and implementing weekly lesson plans, assuming daily care responsibilities for the children including changing diapers, washing hands, wiping noses and giving hugs. You must also be able to interact with the children on their level and be able to lift children up to 25 lbs. Additional responsibilities include daily reports, and thorough, professional communication with parents, families and co-workers. The teaching team reports to the Director and Assistant Director. The ideal candidates must be flexible, fun loving and energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with children as well as their parents.

Required Degree/Certifications:For Lead Teachers: Must have a CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Must pass a criminal background check.
At least one year experience working with children from infants to 5 years old in a licensed child care facility is desired.
