Manpower is looking for an experienced 401K Benefits Administrator The job is located in Framingham, MA Monday- Friday THIS ASSIGNMENT IS 30 HOURS PER WEEK PAYING $25 - $30 AN HOUR TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE 401K BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS STRONG MS EXCEL!! AND PEOPLESOFT KNOWLEDGE IS STRONGLY DESIRED This assignment is for 3 months Job Description * Assist with ensuring compliance of the 401 K Plans through the established Summary Plan Document (SPD) & Plan Documents * Assist in identifying SERP eligible associates due to promotion. Work with vendor to assure SERP associates are identified in 401K RECORD KEEPER system and are limited in the 401k plan. * Work closely with Vendors and internal groups to coordinate financial education lunch and learn sessions. Assist in the implementations financial education projects. * Assist with Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture issues as they relate to retirement plans. * Look for trends and opportunities to improve processes and add value to programs and services. * Assist with annual 401 K plans audits. Partner with the 401K RECORD KEEPER and audit firm to ensure the 5500'sForm Filing and Nondiscrimination Testing is completed timely and accurately. * Provide support to both 401k open enrollment process * Assist with year end matching contributions - audit match calculation perform by 401K RECORD KEEPER and assist with communication * Assist in reviewing Invoices & request approval for payment or instruct 401K RECORD KEEPER to pay out of trust or ERISA budget. * Support team with any additional requested projects * Work with HRIS on International termination report. Provide report to 401K RECORD KEEPER to assure associates working outside of US (not on US payroll) that have a 401k or SERP account need to be terminated and payout if they have SERP balance. * Ongoing plan and cleanup audits- work with 401K RECORD KEEPER to identify issues due to trends and determine next steps to get issues corrected and in compliance. * Perform problem resolution with vendors on participant issues. * Assist employees with questions regarding the Retirement plans. * Assist with auditing weekly SOPC report. Review report for missed loans payments - work with vendor to identify reasons - look for trends * Audit weekly/monthly error reports -look for trends * Work with vendor on monthly eligibility report - review fall out and work on rehire data issues and identifying any new SERP eligible's. * Run and review audit reports for Pay Group/pay Frequency changes and Business entity changes. Make necessary correction in PeopleSoft and notify 401K RECORD KEEPER of loans that need to be reamortized. * Work with 401K RECORD KEEPER to review quarterly deferral list for both 401k plans to identify discrepancies between PeopleSoft and 401K RECORD KEEPER system. * Review and audit HCE report received from 401K RECORD KEEPER on HCE. Data enter the new limits in PS and identify if Catch up eligible. Send communication to associates notify them of impact. * Assist with maintaining participant indicative data with 401K RECORD KEEPER (i.e. address changes, term dates, rehire dates etc.). Qualifications Must have 3-5yrs of benefits background Must have 401K admin experience Excellent verbal and written skills Must have excel - pivot tables and vlookups PeopleSoft skills is a huge plus
