In addition to applying for this position you MUST complete your candidate profile through the link below: http://virtualoffice.avature.net/jobs?jobId=1555&tags=eszczerbinski|do1416997|general+labor Description *Use of hand tools, including saws. *Includes climbing ladders over 4ft tall *Follow oral and/or written instructions; read schematic drawings, blue prints and other manufacturing information *Maintain focus on safety and safe performance of work requirements at all times *Clean work area on daily basis - to include sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc. *Observe good housekeeping and keep equipment, tools and work area clean and orderly *Maintain quality standards by inspecting and testing finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes *Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity of units assembled *Maintain expected progress of jobs in area of assignment and report problem areas Requirements *HS Diploma/GED required *Experience with custom assembly in a fast paced environment *Requires standing for long periods of time *Good receiving skills and also basic computer skills *Regularly required to stand; walk; stoop; squat; reach to or below shoulder level; lift; carry; push; pull; and use hands to handle and feel. Required to climb; and reach above shoulder level *Frequently required to push/pull up to 35 pounds *Job may require working large amounts of overtime (both daily and weekend).
