As a Staffing Specialist working with our clients, you'll be part of a team that focuses on delivering high quality service to both our clients and associates. You know how to handle many things at once. You can juggle with your hands while you fill out forms with your feet - almost anyway. You know how to take a complete job order. You can source and pre-screen candidates from job boards and other sources. You are people-savvy, so you can get a good read on candidates. You've interviewed people and are comfortable with asking behavioral questions. You are great at placing people in jobs they love. Clients and account management are a focus for you. You know how to find out what they want and how they want you interact with them. You enjoy selling to them. You are comfortable dealing with a broad range of people.
