INBOUND SALES & CARE REP - Full-time / Part-time

Our Client is currently seeking Sales & Care Representatives in Jefferson City, Missouri. In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling our products and services.** **Sales and Care Representatives will be hired as temporary, full-time employees and may transition to regular, full-time positions depending on attendance, performance and position availability. During the temporary period employees are not eligible for Company benefits. If a temporary Sales and Care Representative transitions to a regular, full-time position, benefits will be available according to company policy.** **Sales & Care Representatives are assigned monthly sales quotas and must maintain customer service quality expectations to attain additional targeted sales incentive. After successfully completing training the base pay will increase. **Job Functions: * **Responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers and selling products and services on every call * **Performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing customer service and solutions to problems **Training is 7 weeks, M-F, 9am-6pm for the first five weeks and then M-F 10am -7pm for the balance of the training period. **You MUST be able to attend entire 7 weeks of training without time off! **Work hours are based on seniority.
