Manager, International Technical Support - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a person with an expertise on product registrations and shipping documents. The person will need to access or databases to pull out formulas for our products- request Certificates of Free sale, USDA certificates, etc. Services will include the management of the registration process and issuance of documentation to aid the export of U.S. products. This service is to be provided for both Unilever International and Intercompany accounts. The management of the registration process includes the preparation of legally required documents such as: *Certificate of Free Sale *Certificate of Sanitary Registration *Certificate of Chemical Composition and Quality Specifications *Artwork, raw material and component specs, stability profiles, shelf life data, claims support, process maps, etc Expected processing of documents is to include Notarization, Apostille and Consularization as needed. Shipping documents: *Special USDA Certificats for most Ice Cream shipments. *Certificate of Analyses required for food and PC shipments. *Special USDA APHIS Form 16-4 Certificates for products containing minor dairy or avian content. In addition, the following documentation needs to be provided as needed: (non-registration) *Ingredient List *Composition Ratio *Product Formulas *Product Shelf Life *Labels
