This position will drive strategic recruitment and sourcing of Engineering, Purchasing and Program Management positions. This role will interface with the business and technical leaders within the company to help deliver qualified talent to fill critical business vacancies. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team that is charged with taking the company to the next level. Essential Responsibilities: This position will provide strong recruiting support and consultation to hiring groups, including the following: Leading specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume, and assurance that there is a pipeline of talent available. Networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches. Effectively building talent communities through various channels including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs). Proactively using new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative strategies. Developing relationships with the internal hiring groups and ensuring that recruitment is integrated into business units. Managing relations across business and functional teams, cultivating relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs, and fill their openings in a timely manner. Promoting excellence and compliance to achieve high recruitment standards. Attracting a diverse workforce to the company. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 10 years of overall recruitment experience that includes sourcing, internet recruiting, and recruitment process management Minimum 5 years corporate or search firm experience in recruiting Engineering and/or Technical personnel Proof of U.S. citizenship required Undergo and pass a drug screening and background check Recruiting experience in an environment where you were driving the process Experience using multiple social media sites to develop leads Proven experience executing attract/recruit strategies that support business priorities and objectives Experience developing sourcing plans to identify diverse pools of talent including military veterans Experience with full life cycle recruiting to include job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan candidate outreach and development, offer, and close Self-starter focused on results Experience identifying networking leads for passive talent using multiple internet sources such as niche sites, organizations, associations, blogs, user groups, specific industry news, etc. Effective written and verbal communications with an ability to adapt communication messages and styles to the audience Knowledge of state and federal employment and hiring laws Proven techniques for assessing, selecting and vetting interested candidates Advising/assisting managers to achieve success in matching candidates with positions Creative idea generator, thinking beyond traditional methods Execution focused and goal oriented
