We are looking to fill a position for Customer Service Manager. THe manager will be responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to: customers (sales channels and end users), Authorized Service Centers and providers. Direct customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Coordinate efforts with other internal areas like: Planning, Finance and Engineering to ensure customer support and solutions are provided to customers in a timely manner. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, with the ability to read, write and speak fluently. Essential functions: Manage various reports Deal with retailers and wholesalers Act as overall coordinator with other departments Focal point for issues escalation for wholesalers and retailers Actively participates in decision making process for the establishment of external suppliers Maintain databases Overnight travel out of the area may be expected. Manage customer mailings Perform surveys Receives and answers service inquiries via e-mail Reads and evaluates service repair reports and approves bases on given guidelines Other duties as assigned Experience, skills and abilities: Must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be able to explain and demonstrate performance of the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
