About this job
Immediate opening for an experienced Benefits Customer Service Support Representative, with a growing oil and gas company in Tulsa.
Job duties include:
Must have at least 2 years of previous benefits support experience
Speaking with employees regarding various benefit plan/programs (medical, dental, 401K, retirement, FMLA, etc.)
Ability to research questions related to the company benefits plan
Corresponding with employees and vendors by email and phone
Must be able to work with tight deadlines and have the ability to multi-task in a very busy department
This position will be working in a small, professional call center environment
The rate of pay will be based on previous work experience $15 to -$19 per hour
A post offer background check and drug test will be run
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of college
$15-19 depending on experience
