Manpower has an immediate full time opening for Customer Service Representative at a prominent manufacturing facility in Brillion, WI. This position will be responding to inbound calls, email, and chat messages from Dealers and other customers, as well as entering orders into the computer and producing reports in Excel. Strong customer service and data entry skills and proficiency with Excel is required. Experience in a manufacturing setting specifically working with service parts is a plus. Blueprint reading skills are also a plus. 1st shift hours. This is an temp to hire position.
