About this job
Currently looking for 4 season customer care reps. These reps will be working during the "Winter" Seasonal months to help support/field phone calls related to some of their heating products. The contract will run from August to the end of March. Consumers will call in with issues related to their heaters (Not turning on, power surges, flickering heat). At this time they will go to their sheet which will have multiple cases that may be the issue and will follow a flow chart to figure out where the issue may be.
