Lumber Liquidators Store Managers are responsible for the successful and profitable management of our stores by:
· Recruiting, hiring, and developing outstanding sales and service oriented staff to meet operating and sales objectives
· Developing skills and product knowledge of the store team through training, evaluation and role plays
· Meeting and/or exceeding financial and sales goals established for the store

We’re looking for professionals with:
· 3+ years direct managerial experience in Retail or a similar industry
· The triple threat of sales, management, and operational excellence
· A proven ability to execute long and short term sales strategies
· A proven ability to network, recruit, interview and develop associates
· Comfort level with Retail Point Of Sales (POS) systems
· A valid driver’s license is required
