What does a Geek Squad Precinct Leader do?

The Geek Squad Precinct Leader is responsible for leading a team of Agents and ensuring a world-class employee and client experience. You will lead the operation of the Precinct and drive exceptional business results under the direction of the Geek Squad Manager.

As the Geek Squad Precinct Leader you will:

  • Provide insight to the Geek Squad Manager related to Precinct P&L analysis, overall performance and action planning.
  • Motivate, inspire, and coach behaviors that lead to an exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure Agents are knowledgeable and proficient at presenting appropriate service and product offerings.
  • Assist the Geek Squad Manager to recruit, hire, and retain a diverse Agent workforce.


What are the Professional Requirements of a Geek Squad Precinct Leader?

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ Years Sales or Customer Service experience
  • 1+ Years Consumer Electronics repair / service experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ Years Leadership experience
  • 6 months Retail experience
  • Experience driving key business performance indicators (i.e. revenue, SOP)
  • Prior experience analyzing business results, identifying root cause and coaching others to deliver superior customer service
  • Experience in team development and coaching
