About this job
Express Employment in Camp hill is looking to fill a bookkeeping opening for a local business. The position is a long-term temp to hire. The hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. The position pay is DOE ranging from $15 to 18 an hour.
Duties include but not limited to:
Assist controller
o Journal entries
o Prepare reports for Controller and other Execs from financial data
o Deferred revenue and accruals
o Bank reconciliations
o Compile data. Collect and summarize information and trends into reports
Work with other members of accounting department
o Generate customer invoices and answer customer inquiries
o Back-up AP function
Qualifications:
Understanding of basic "bookkeeping" accounting functions - but not a degreed Accountant
5 years of accounting experience
Must be able to follow instructions on our accounting procedures
Associate degree in account would be a plus
