They are expected to manage orders throughout each day by working with Planners, Demand Management, and the distribution centers to make sure orders ship per customer requirements. This position is critical to the growth of business for Honeywell and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate the company from its competition. This is a high volume, fast paced environment. Additional Tasks and Responsibilities: *Prepare orders for customers daily while answering requests via the telephone and email. *Understand SAP's advanced features and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise. *Look for ways to improve Customer Care processes. Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
