Growing Contact Center in the Jessup Area is looking for additional Inbound Customer Service Representatives for their team. Training in this beautiful, new, spacious and airy building starts soon - so don't delay. Starting pay rate for these long term temporary to hire opportunities is $10.50/hr. Upon completion of training, the pay rate increases to $12.00 /hr. and $13.20/ hr., for shifts starting after 12:00. Hours of training are 8:00 - 5:00. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. NO SALES! There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. Training is 4 - 6 weeks. Upon completion of training you will be assigned an (8) hour shift starting as early as 8:00 am or one ending as late as 11:00 pm. Alternative shift may be chosen after seniority is established.
