Accounting or Finance Student Position

Large, well-known financial institution in downtown Milwaukee is looking for an accounting or finance college student to support the team. Benefits include a FREE lunch. Duties: -Monthly financial reporting for troubled offices (i.e. Financial Dashboard) -Analysis of financial projections to actual financial results -Prepare Real Estate Rent Subsidy Audits -Preparation of credit metrics for offices entering into a new lease -Financial analysis of SEBS offices in preparation for sale. Oversee the process of selling a business from start to finish. -Assist in preparation of budgeting and projection materials for network offices Qualifications: -Junior or Senior Standing pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance -Completion of introductory accounting, business finance, business communication courses -Strong financial skills - understanding of accounting principles, financial mathematics -Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to analyze a situation and make recommendations/observations -Strong Oral communication skills - ability to articulate work performed, conclusions drawn -Strong spreadsheet skills - understanding of excel spreadsheet details including utilizing financial formulas and pivot tables Hours: 12-15 hours per week (M-F no weekends) Pay rate: $15/hour Location:Downtown Milwaukee If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please apply online at www.manpowerjobs.com!
