Job overview
Sous Chef assists in the training and supervision of the kitchen team. S/he is also responsible for assisting in food preparation according to IHR's high standards and great recipes.
The ideal candidate for this position
- must have the ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.
- has at least 4 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
