CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES:

* Functioning in multiple roles that support the performance of the store
* Function as a customer experience advocate
* Work in a team environment to meet and exceed assigned goals
* Inventory management - including counts and ordering
* Prepare bank deposits
* Balance cash drawer
* Process and prepare paperwork for record keeping
* Store merchandising

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be sales driven and truly have a passion for sales
* Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
* Operate a computer, copier, fax, ext...
* Will be required to follow company rules and guidelines
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills

MISC. DUTIES:
* Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
* Advises customers by providing information on products.
* Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
* Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
* Operates POS system through iPad, processes payments, handles cash and runs credit cards.
* Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
