Our Whitten Advantage Salespeople (they are actually more like tour guides or customer service ninja's than car salespeople) assist Internet, phone and lot customers with the investigation, presentation and demonstration of our automobiles (200+ cars from A-Z in every price range).
Relax, No pressure, No hassles, No negatives!

We can teach skills and knowledge. We cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the "get up and go" - the positive attitude and the work ethic.

Who are we looking for? Who makes it big?

We have a proven track record with many types of people from many backgrounds, education and experience levels. We have two specialties:

1. Those with NO EXPERIENCE in the auto industry. We are unlike any dealership in the world. We have an amazing environment that puts the customer first (not the dealership) and it can sometimes be hard to "convert" those with automotive experience. In a perfect world, we have the best results from: Restaurant Servers or Managers, Retail experience, Hospitality experience, Call Center experience, Phone | Mattress | Shoes | Social Work, etc. We don't require any specific amount of education, but sometimes education helps us fast track certain co-workers. We also love and support our military and encourage ex-military to apply.

2. Those who worked for another dealership but always thought to themselves "there has to be a better way to do this!" If this is you, then we need to talk. However, if you loved the car business at "the other place" (making fun of customers, hurting people, cussing and complaining about your customers), then please don't apply!

3. We will listen to anyone. Tell us about yourself and why you think this could be a good fit for you!

The three biggest things that are unacceptable at our dealership are:
1. Laziness
2. Addictions (drugs, alcohol, Facebook)
3. An unwilling attitude.

EARNING POTENTIAL
With performance bonuses the AVERAGE income for this position last year was $55,732.
Our top performers earn in excess of $80,000 annually.
Our struggling performers earn around $30,000-$45,000 annually.
We work 5 days a week and 40+ hours. Saturday is game day (it would be like if you were a college football player) and is required. We are closed EVERY SUNDAY for family and worship. You would also have one day off between Monday and Friday. Thus, 5 days a week. The schedule allows you to have plenty of time for kids of all ages, golf, exercise, yard work, errands, etc.
