*What does a typical day look like*
1. Contractor will be pulling samples from 3 different production lines. Samples are pulled every 2,500lbs (over 150,000lbs produced per day).
2. Sampling and testing raw materials
3. Communicating the lot or load of acceptance or rejection
4. Timely sample testing and reporting of results
5.Sample Retention for at least 6 months
5. Responsible for all HACCP checks. Performing physical & analytical tests on incoming raw materials and finished goods using a variety of standard test methodology, including FCC/USP/ASTA test methods.
6. Working within our systems to enter all of our data and run reports
