Restaurant Team Leader - Full-time

General Summary:  Oversees Restaurant/Snack Bar inside Murfreesboro store.  This includes ordering supplies, cleaning, complying with Health Code regulations, preparing food orders, and supervises other employees. 

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervises, trains, and evaluates employees.
• Maintains open communication with management and subordinate employees.
• Prepares custom food orders in friendly and efficient manner to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment. 
• Performs other duties as required by management. 

Primary Job Requirements: 

• At least 2 years food handling experience required.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience required
• Excellent customer skills with both internal and external customers.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible retail schedule.
• Business casual dress.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
