Great client in Florence is seeking a candidate to work in their Purchasing Department processing supporting documentation for their work orders.

Position pays $12.00/hr and is temp to hire,

JOB SUMMARY: Administrate the photo process by retrieving photos from vendors, analyzing photos to ensure they meet our requirements and properly store them according to our customer guidelines. Oversee the photo capable vendors and program updates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Processing inbound photos through 3 options
1.1 Website
1.2 Email
1.3 Texting
2. Photos ITRAX Process
2.1 Managing all repairs awaiting photos to ensure we meet billing deadlines
2.2 Contact vendors for photos within 48 hrs of the repairs
2.3 Communicate issues with vendors when they submit improper photos
2.4 Closing open records once photos are processed
3. Reports
3.1 Run open repairs awaiting for photos
3.2 Providing an update report for supervisor daily
3.3 Maintaining a spreadsheet of vendor credits and DNB

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, skills, and abilities):
1. Customer Service Skills
2. Knowledge Microsoft Excel
3. Typing of 40 wpm
4. Dispute Resolution
5. Phone App & website knowledge for Photo Processing

QUALITY STANDARDS:
1. Measurement of Photo's processed
2. Measuring the amount of vendor using Caliber
3. Month Reporting
4. Training of Vendors on the Caliber website & app
EDUCATION:
High School Education
Experience Required:
Previously work history in an office environment and basic Microsoft Excel
