As a member of our Corporate Development team, this position would put you at the forefront of a number of merger and acquisition transactions, providing extensive exposure to Executive and Senior Leadership throughout our organization and also to senior management of companies targeted for acquisition.



M&A Associates play a meaningful role in our M&A transaction process.  M&A Associates prepare and review financial models (DCF, LBO, three statement models, financial bridges) and actively participate in financial and operational due diligence.


 


Candidates should have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and possess strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple diligence teams.  M&A Associates have the opportunity to provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members in a collaborative fast-paced environment.


 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

 

·         Undergraduate Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Accounting (with strong grade point average)

·         Minimum of 2+ years comparable work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development

·         Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis

·         Demonstrated leadership experience

·         Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·         CFA and/or CPA designations are desired, but not required
