To that end, the Job Coach role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
Baltimore Independent Living Program is seeking a Job Coach with the capacity for planning, implementing, and supervising individuals in an integrated work environment. Employment planning and readiness is a very important and key element for this position.

Previous vocational rehabilitation experience is necessary with the ability to write job reports, develop task analysis and develop employment plans.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in Human Services strongly preferred
