If you answered “yes” to most of these questions, we’d love to meet you. We need a disciplined, fast-paced individual with retail management experience. This is a SALARIED position with quarterly bonuses for meeting goals, and one week's paid vacation.

Store Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Designing, formulating, and enforcing policies, functions, and operational changes
• Determining staff and supervisory requirements
• Coordinating training activities
• Prepare special reports, reviews, and recommendations on the purchase of new equipment.
• Ensure excellent guest service
• Ensure that the store is properly staffed
• Ensure development of team members
• Maintain product quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Walking and standing for the entire shift
• Able to reach and stoop during work
• Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
