This position requires proficient computer and typing skills, a High School Diploma or GED, and a pleasant, professional phone demeanor. The successful candidates will be dependable individuals with prior work experience in the call center or customer service fields and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medical Terminology, insurance plans, or billing is a huge plus! This is a full time, long term opportunity with a Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm schedule.
