Production Supervisor Needed

Manpower has partnered with a manufacturing plant and is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis! This opportunity is located in Belcamp, MD on the 2nd shift, 3:30pm-midnight. Our Client is looking for a candidate with a strong background in manufacturing who also has at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience. The Production Supervisor will supervise 10-15 people per shift and will be in charge of quality, maintaining the shift. Responsibilities: * Manage department operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures * Train and coach employees * Responsible for shift schedule to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training * Coordinate production start ups, shutdowns, and changeovers * Responsible to meet shift production goals * Responsible for quality control * Ensure a clean and safe work area * Complete shift paper work Interested?
