Qualifications:
-Must have 1 + year of call center experience
-Strong customer service values/personality
-Strong computer skills /or/ ability to troubleshoot a product or web browser
Pay: 12/Hr
Hours: Available to work evenings and weekends if necessary. You will not be able to pick your shift. Once your shift is assigned, it will be a set schedule that you can plan your life around.
Placement: Long term contract with the potential to go permanent. Contract employees will have to interview for internal openings as they become available. Performance on contract plays a strong role in determining how quickly you'll have the opportunity to go permanent.
Job Duties:
Day-to-Day:
Call Center representatives will be working with a variety of callers ranging from corporate employees, vendors, consumers as well as retailers. This is a customer service position that receives, researches, interprets guidelines, and resolves initial requests from those types of callers. This position is being crossed trained to resolve contact issues related to Accounts Payable, retail technology, IT Support, Marketing, Merchandising, and or Accounts Receivable. Identifies the contact's issue/question, researches the potential solution/answer, determines the best solution/answer, and works with retailers, consumers, vendors, and employees to resolve their issue or answer their question. There are a wide range of problems addressed, including matters relating to accounts payable, troubleshooting PC problems, use of web-based tools and applications, retail technology support, addressing consumer concerns, ordering merchandise, and accounts receivable.
