iDriveThru is an exciting startup with the goal of creating a friendly, quick and convenient car based shopping experience.
Currently, iDriveThru is piloted in all of Wendy's drive-thru in Staten Island. Bloomberg called our pilot "Ingenious": https://www.facebook.com/IDriveThru/posts/606305699428626
We are looking for several independent Sales/Marketing Associates and a Manager to generate the following results:
1. Increase our registered customer base
2. Increase our brand and name recognition as the new drive-thru: iDriveThru, friendly, rewarding and convenient drive-thru experience, unrelated to the E-ZPass system.
Responsibilities:
1. Sign up customers for the iDriveThru service
2. Answer customers queries and concerns
3. Create new distribution channels by recruiting iDriveThru ambassadors
4. Participate in utilizing social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to interact with customers and promote iDriveThru name and brand recognition
5. Provide training to Wendy's team members about using iDriveThru at the restaurant at a position of order taker and cashier
6. Serve as a liaison to the General Manager at the restaurant
7. Provide feedback from customers to help identify areas for improvement
8. Provide light technical support at the restaurant
9. Prepare flyers and training manuals
10. Light statistical analysis
