As a Shift Leader, you will manage groups of Team Members, promote the Zoup! culture, prepare and serve our fresh menu items according to recipes, while creating a great experience for our customers. A big part of your job will be to consistently maintain our high standards for quality, customer service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. You also should be:
*Able to create and lead the Zoup! culture
*Positive and comfortable engaging with customers
*Highly aware and extremely thorough in everything you do
*Open to training and willing to follow procedures
*Able to demonstrate knowledge of our brand and menu items
